 iw2p provides a digital interface to help borrowers understand, structure, and share their repayment proposals with their lenders. We do not provide financial, legal, or debt settlement services.

4. NO REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE:
iw2p is not an agent, representative, or legal proxy of the borrower or lender. We do not guarantee acceptance of any proposal or loan resolution. All final decisions rest with your lender.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY:
 You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit. Any misrepresentation may lead to rejection of your proposal. You must not impersonate others or attempt to defraud the system.

6. DATA PRIVACY:
We take your privacy seriously. By using iw2p, you consent to our collection and usage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All data is stored securely in compliance with Indian regulations.

7. SERVICE FEES:
 Our core services are free to borrowers. If you opt for any premium services (such as personalized counseling), fees will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe. No hidden fees. No backend commissions from borrowers.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
iw2p will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental loss or damage arising from your use of the platform. We are a facilitator, not a guarantor of any resolution.

9. TERMINATION: 
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who misuses the platform or violates these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW: 
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. MODIFICATIONS We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of iw2p constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
